General Sales, Delivery and Payment Conditions of the Company XINOX

 

§ 1 Scope & Contractual Partner

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop of the company XINOX (Owner: Wolfgang Habermann, Lubník 59, 563 01 Lanškroun, Czech Republic). Your contractual partner is XINOX.

 

§ 2 Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. A confirmation of receipt of your order will follow automatically via email immediately after sending. The purchase contract is officially concluded only when we accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation via email or when the goods are dispatched to you.

 

§ 3 Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment

1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (19% VAT) and other price components.

2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.99 per order for delivery within the EU.

3. Payment can be made either by bank transfer (advance payment) or via PayPal. If you select bank transfer, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 7 days.

 

§ 4 Delivery and Transport Damage

1. Delivery is carried out via Post or DHL Express from our central EU logistics center directly to the delivery address you provided.

2. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the delivery time is approximately 5 business days after payment is received.

3. For consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the carrier immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Failing to report or contact us does not affect your statutory rights, but it helps us claim our own rights against the carrier.

 

§ 5 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

§ 6 Warranty and Guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply. Furthermore, we offer a voluntary 6-month durability guarantee from the date of delivery on the flawless condition and functionality of our products.
